On July 21, the SustaiNext project returned to the radio alongside Natac, the project coordinator, in an interview on the programme ‘El sol sale por el oeste’ (The sun rises in the west) on Canal Extremadura, the local radio station for the western region of Spain, where our flagship plant is located.
Our colleague, Salome Robbert, R&D Project Manager at NATAC, explained what the project entails and why an agricultural region such as Extremadura was chosen for it.
These locally focused communication initiatives enable us to engage directly with key local stakeholders and the society of Extremadura, which ties in perfectly with the plans that this project has for the region, in terms of unlocking new value chains, innovation potential, and creating new business opportunities and jobs.
