“The transformation of agro-industrial waste into high-value products is undergoing an unprecedented revolution in Spain.”
This is how the new article featuring the SustaiNext project in the newspaper EL ESPAÑOL begins. Our coordinator, Alba Ramos, project manager at Natac, explains in detail the objectives and scope of the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) flagship project.
«The main objective of this project, based on the efficient use of resources, is the development of a versatile, multi-product biorefinery located in Hervás», explains Alba, also confirming the value that local production and its roots with the region’s farmers have for Natac (BME: NAT).
In addition to this press appearance, a report on Natac, our coordinator, appeared in September in Cinco Días, Spain’s leading economic and business newspaper.
In its “Little Giants” section, which highlights companies making a difference in their sector, a two-page article highlighted the SustaiNext project as “an example of an emblematic circular project“.
The project’s ‘return to school’ couldn’t have gotten off to a more promising start!
