The SustaiNext project was showcased in Vienna, Austria, at the Circular Carbon Economy Summit (CCES2025), where our colleague Adriana Díaz Triana from ECODESIGN company GmbH travelled to present the latest update of our project poster. Her contribution highlights how SustaiNext is helping shape practical pathways towards a more sustainable and circular European industry.
Held on 4–5 November, CCES2025 brings together experts, innovators, and policymakers to explore how Austria and Europe can build competitive and resilient production systems as fossil-based raw materials are phased out.
As one of the leading events in this field, the summit delves into the deep structural changes expected from the defossilisation of goods production, examining what this shift will mean for businesses, consumers, researchers, the environment, and political decision-makers. It offers a valuable platform for discussing the real-world challenges—and opportunities—of transitioning to a carbon-neutral economy.
